| Directions | Slice carrots 1/4 inch thin and cook in water for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Add to liquid the onion and juice, horseradish, mayo, cheese, salt and pepper. Add carrots and spoon into a 2 qt. greased baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. |
