| Directions | Combine together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside. Spread the cut up cooked potatoes, skinless and sliced uncooked wieners (1/2" - 3/4" or so) in an 8x11 1/2 baking dish. Slice the onion into 1/4" slices and mix into the potatoes and wieners. Pour the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper mixture over the potatoes, wieners and onion. Bake in a 350° degree oven about an hour. Stir the casserole occasionally. |
