| Directions | In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and margarine on high for 3 minutes or till smooth. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 cup flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla, 1/2 cup milk, and eggs and mix till creamy. Grease a 9x13x2 cake pan. Pour 1/2 batter into cake pan. Spoon the can of fruit filling on batter. Cover that with the remaining batter. Top with crumbly topping. Bake 1 hour at 325°. |
