Ingredients
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4. tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
Directions In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and margarine on high for 3 minutes or till smooth. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 cup flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla, 1/2 cup milk, and eggs and mix till creamy. Grease a 9x13x2 cake pan. Pour 1/2 batter into cake pan. Spoon the can of fruit filling on batter. Cover that with the remaining batter. Top with crumbly topping. Bake 1 hour at 325°.

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3-4 T. melted margarine
  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberries, cherries, or apple filling
Directions Mix the topping till crumbly and set aside.
