Ingredients
  • Spinach and iceberg lettuce - wash and dry
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • cashews
Directions Blend (in a blender) sugar, salt, dry mustard, onion and apple cider vinegar. Slowly add oil. Add celery seed. This is the dressing. Mix with spinach and lettuce. Add cashews. If you are taking this to a picnic or church dinner, put the dressing on at the last minute. The spinach will wilt.
