Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. minced cucumber
  • 1 T. minced onion
  • 1 T. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Spiedies (or any other marinated meat kabobs)
  • Pitas-halved
Directions Prepare this sauce several hours before serving for best flavor. Combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, parsley, garlic salt, and lemon juice. Chill several hours. To serve, prepare spiedies and place several in a pita half. Drizzle 2-3 spoonfuls of cucumber sauce over meat. Sauce will serve 6-8 people.
