Ingredients
  • 2 9 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • garlic salt
Directions Preheat oven for 350°. In a large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes approximately 8 dozen.
