Ingredients
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 oz. (1c.) shredded sharp cheese
  • 4 med. potatoes sliced thinly
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions Crumble sausage and brown in a pan - drain grease off. Place 1/2 of sliced potatoes in 2 qt. casserole. Place 1/2 of sausage, 1/2 of salt, 1/2 of of flour and 1/2 of cheese over potatoes. Repeat layers. Pour milk over. Bake 375° 1 hr.
