Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 lg. can sauerkraut
  • 2 c. Jiffy or Bisquick Mix
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 c. water
Directions Brown chops in frying pan. Drain juice off sauerkraut and add to chops. Add 2 c. water and bring to a boil. In a small bowl mix the Jiffy or Bisquick and 2/3 c. water. Spoon it in mounds on top of boiling sauerkraut. Put on a cover. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes without lifting the lid. Serves 4.
