Ingredients
  • 2 c. raw rice (not minute)
  • 2 c. beef consomme (Campbell's)
  • 2 c. french onion soup (Campbell's)
  • 2 small cans mushrooms (drained)
Directions Spread rice in bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour cans of soup over rice. Drain mushrooms. Sprinkle on top. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
