Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. sugar (or two)
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 qt. butter milk
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 15 oz. pkg. Raisin Bran cereal
  • extra raisins
Directions In a very large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salad oil, and buttermilk. Add and blend flour, salt and baking soda. Blend in Raisin Bran cereal and extra raisins. Bake in well greased muffin pans - 15 minutes at 400°. Makes 6 dozen. Store batter in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
