Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 c. shredded swiss cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 T. chopped green onion
  • 2 T. parmesan cheese
Directions Bake shell 400° 8 min - Turn down oven to 375°. In bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, pepper. In another bowl toss together swiss cheese, bacon and onion. Pour milk mixture into pie shell then pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 40 - 45 min. or until set and knife comes out clean - let stand 10 min. - serve.
