Ingredients
  • 1 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 2-3 c. grated sharp cheese
  • cornflakes
  • nutmeg
Directions Heat margarine and soup over low heat. Stir in sour cream. In a large bowl alternate potatoes, onion, cheese, sauce several times and toss lightly. Put in a buttered 9x13 dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle corn flakes and a little nutmeg on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
