Ingredients
  • 4 c. grated raw potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 c. milk
Directions Pour potatoes ito a greased casserole dish. Add meat, cheese, and parsley. Pour egg mixture over. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
