POTATO BEAN SOUP

Ingredients
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1/2 celery thin sliced
  • 3 c. diced potatoes
  • 4 c. chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • poultry seasoning, Am. Heart Assoc. Herbs-optional
  • salt and pepper
  • 15 oz. can Great White Northern Beans
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. flour
Directions Saute small amount onion in small amount oil. Add carrots, celery, potatoes, bouillon, and seasoning. Cook until potatoes done-partially mash. Add 15 oz. Great White Northern Beans drained and rinsed. Mix together 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 tsp. flour. Add to soup. Cook until thickened.
