| Directions | Saute small amount onion in small amount oil. Add carrots, celery, potatoes, bouillon, and seasoning. Cook until potatoes done-partially mash. Add 15 oz. Great White Northern Beans drained and rinsed. Mix together 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 tsp. flour. Add to soup. Cook until thickened. |
