Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz. can sliced peaches (heavy syrup)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 T. oil
  • 3 c. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 T. vinegar
  • 2 T. margarine
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
Directions Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add water to make 1 cup. Brown chicken in skillet with oil. Add water/syrup, margarine, sugar, vinegar and allspice. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing and peaches. Let stand 5 minutes.
