Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust (unbaked shell)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 T. corn starch
  • 2 T. orange juice
  • 1 T. orange peel
  • 3 T. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 c. sliced peaches
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions Cook sugar, corn starch, juice, flour, salt, butter and peaches until thick. Remove from heat. Add chopped orange peel and chopped pecans. Put in shell and bake 10 min. at 425°, then 30 min. at 325°.
