Ingredients
  • 2 cans chicken or equivalent of cooked chicken
  • 1-2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can green chilis or "rotel"
  • 1 sm. jar salsa
  • 3 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. (8-10) soft taco or tortilla shells
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • sour cream,salsa, and guacamole
Directions In a lg. bowl mix the chopped chicken, soup, green chilis, salsa, and 2 c. cheddar cheese together. Divide equally into the tortilla shells and wrap up. Place into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly throughout. Approximately 30 min. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
