Ingredients
  • 1 lg. chinese cabbage
  • 5 green onions
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 pkg. Roman noodles
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seed
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
Directions Prepare cabbage, green onions, and celery. Set aside. Saute noodles, seasonings, and nuts in margarine until light brown. Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar together; pour over noodle mixture and cabbage mixture 20 minutes before serving.
