Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
Directions Mix all together. Fry like you normally would cook a pancake.
