Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3 lbs. of beef, chicken, or lamb cut in 1" cubes
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lemon or juice equal to
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions Mix all together. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to a couple of days. Stir occasionally. Place on skewers and cook over a grill.
