| Directions | Saute onion and garlic in margarine. When transparent, take from heat; add black olives, sour cream, chilies, 1 c. cheddar cheese and mix. Take out 1 cup of sauce and set aside. To remainder, add chicken and mix. Divide mixture on the 10 tortillas and roll up. Place in a 9x13 pan. To remaining sauce, add the monterey and cheddar cheese and milk. Spoon over tortillas and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
