Ingredients
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chopped black olives
  • 1 c. green chilies, cut up
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cooked, cutup chicken breasts or 1 chicken
  • 10 flour tortilles
  • 1 c. shredded monterey cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
Directions Saute onion and garlic in margarine. When transparent, take from heat; add black olives, sour cream, chilies, 1 c. cheddar cheese and mix. Take out 1 cup of sauce and set aside. To remainder, add chicken and mix. Divide mixture on the 10 tortillas and roll up. Place in a 9x13 pan. To remaining sauce, add the monterey and cheddar cheese and milk. Spoon over tortillas and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
