| Directions | In a large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. In a second bowl combine oil, eggs, oatmeal, vanilla, raisins and nuts. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten. Batter will be thin and lumpy. Pour into 12 greased or lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until muffins test done with a toothpick inserted into the middle. |
