Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 4 - 5 carrots
  • 4 - 5 med-lg potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can vegetable beef soup
Directions Crumble ground beef into 9x13x2 dish. Layer diced onion over meat. Cut carrots into 3 inch lengths and slice long way, layer over meat. Peel andslice potatoes, layer over carrots. Mix together the two soups and pour over the top. Bake 400° 1 hr. or until vegetables are done.
