Ingredients
  • 1 c. grits - cooked
  • 1 egg beaten
  • grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
Directions Cook grits. Add beaten egg, salt, margarine, and part of cheese. Spread in casserole dish and put remaning cheese on top. Bake at 400° until cheese starts to brown.
