Ingredients
  • 6 c. chopped fruit
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
Directions Arrange fruit in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Add milk and spoon over fruit. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Whipped cream on warm cobbler. Enjoy!

  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions Combine sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all.
