Ingredients
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 c. thick sour cream
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped chives or dill
Directions Wash and peal cucumbers. Slice thin. Place in a glass bowl, sprinkle with salt. Let stand 1 hour or longer. Drain liquid off cucumber, mix and serve.
