Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Great Northern Beans in water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • bacon strips
Directions Cook beans for several hours (about 2 1/2 hours) until very mushy and completely done. Heat over to 450°. Add sugar. Placed boiled beans in oven dish and cover with bacon strips; brown about 10 minutes and then finish baking about 25 minutes at 350°.
