| Directions | Mix cabbage, green pepper, onion, carrot and sugar. Mix well. In sauce pan, mix: sugar, oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage. Mix well. Keeps in refrigerator a week (covered). Make 1-2 days ahead. |
