| Directions | Mix shortening, sugar and egg. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir all together with the milk. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 350° for 20-25 minutes. Roll in melted butter and then cinnamon/sugar mixture. |
