Ingredients
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. of margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in halves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions Mix all together. Roll into balls. Bake at 325° for 11 or 12 minutes. These are great for cookie exchanges.
