Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 14 oz. can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions Combine cream cheese, condensed milk. Stir thoroughly. Add eggs. Stir. Add lemon juice. Beat with electric beater until most of the lumps are out. Pour in crust and bake at 300° for 50-55 minutes until center is firm.

  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. graham crackers
  • 1/4 c. sugar
Directions Combine margarine, graham crackers and sugar and put in 8x8 glass dish.
