| Directions | Steam cauliflower florets and chopped stems until just tender; mash all but 1/3 of florets with potato masher. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender; add broth and mashed cauliflower. Bring to boil and simmer 10 min. Make a paste using flour and a little water. Add to pot along with milk. Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened. Add salt, pepper, cheese and reserved florets and heat through. |
