Ingredients
  • 1 T. margarine
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 2 tsp. Molly McButter
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
Directions In a large Teflon skillet, heat the margarine. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until lightly crisp. Add broccoli, squash, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until lightly crisp. Add tomatoes. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add Molly McButter, sesame seeds, pepper and stir-fry until well blended. Enjoy!
