| Directions | In a large Teflon skillet, heat the margarine. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until lightly crisp. Add broccoli, squash, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until lightly crisp. Add tomatoes. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add Molly McButter, sesame seeds, pepper and stir-fry until well blended. Enjoy! |
