Ingredients
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (enough to cover broccoli)
  • 2-3 packs of Ritz crackers (4 packs = 1 box)
  • 3 sticks of butter
Directions Boil broccoli until tender; drain. Place in flat casserole dish (13x9). Slice Velveeta Cheese and cover broccoli. Crush 2-3 packs of Ritz crackers and cover broccoli and cheese. Melt butter and evenly top casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° or until slightly brown and bubbly.
