Ingredients
  • 2 16 oz. cans of red kidney beans
  • 2 14 1/2 oz cans of tomatoes
  • 2 lb. ground chuck (browned and drained)
  • 2 med. onions - chopped
  • 1 green pepper - chopped
  • 2 to 3 T. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • a dash of salt
  • a dash of sugar
  • a dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir once. Cover and cook low 10-12 hrs (or high 5-6 hrs). Serve with sour cream (just plop some on top of each serving) and grated sharp cheddar cheese on top. Serve with corn bread or corn muffins.
