ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Artichoke hearts
  • 1 can hearts of palm
  • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese (block and grate)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • dash of garlic salt, tabasco sauce, and paprika
Directions Drain artichokes and hearts of palm. Chop coarsely. Mix in mayonnaise, grated cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and tabasco sauce. Spread into 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325° for 30 min. May double everything but hearts of palm.
